Universal Forming provided a Turnkey Concrete Package for this student housing project which included foundations, columns, & retaining walls for five residential structures and a precast parking structure. The project had over 90,000 SF of elevated, post-tensioned slabs and 13,000 cubic yards of concrete. Universal Forming, Inc. completed over 80% of this project in less than four months.
