The Lake Nona Town Center project included a 7-story hotel and a 5-story parking garage.
The hotel structure has 8” post-tensioned flat slabs with transfer beams at the 2nd level. The typical floor was 17,000 sf divided into two pours. Utilizing column hung tables for this structure we were able to achieve an 8 day cycle from the 3 floor through the roof. The structure was completed in November 2014.

The parking garage design consisted of post tensioned beams and slabs. The garage was 175,000 sf with an additional 25,000 sf of speed ramps. We completed the garage in April 2015.
